Vulcano Malvasia Volcanica Seco
A young, crisp and fresh Malvasia Volcanica dry white wine produced from hand harvest grapes from ungrafted vines. The collected grapes arrived at the winery in small baskets and are first cooled to very low temperatures for 24 hours. The following day pressing and fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks. Carefully controlling the temperature throughout this process keeps the wine fresh and the characteristic of the grape pure.
