El Grifo 250 Aniversario
A limited edition from the 2018 vintage to celebrate the 250th anniversary of El Grifo. The grapes were carefully selected from old vines located in different plots in Tinajo, one of the coolest areasin the north of Lanzarote. These exceptional conditions allow the grapes to retain a balanced acidity and develop a unique aromatic profile.The wine was aged on the lees for 28 months before being bottled in 2021, where it continues ageing. The label includes the artwork “Beneath the Volcano” by the artist Ildefonso Aguilar, representing the essence of Lanzarote’s Landscape.
