El Grifo Ariana
A blend of native Listan Negro together with El Grifo´s very own Syrah. It's a mix of Lanzarote´s Atlantic character, together with a varietal more familiar to barrel aging. The coupage of the two wines follows aging in French oak for up to 6 months. It results in a wine of greater complexity and a delicious balance of fruit and oak character.
